To register for the golf tournament please complete the sign up sheet below and send completed sign up sheet to city hall along with a check for your $300 registration fee.
Cost for team of 4 - $300 – Please write the check to SACF
1st place pays $500 to the team – 2nd place pays $300 to the team
Please sign up and pay on or before 7/25/2022
If a business sponsors a team of 4 the business will get a free hole sponsorship with the sign up.
Sign up by filling out the form on our Facebook page and dropping off the check to Cheryl at City Hall, or by dropping off the sign-up sheet and payment to Cheryl Roeder at City Hall.
